Migrate/upgrade & clone

How to migrate/upgrade & clone RAIDs(0, 1, 5)?

How to replace current RAID with a bigger RAID?

If your server can support both current and the new RAID devices, then you can simply connect both to the system and use DriveClone Server to clone the current RAID to the new RAID. Replace current RAID by the new RAID after DriveClone server has completed the cloning process.

If your server can’t support 2 RAIDs, you can use a hard drive as a temporary storage (temp drive). First clone the current RAID to the temp drive, 2nd make sure the temp drive is bootable, and then construct a new RAID with larger hard drives; clone the temp drive to the new RAID.
